These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ISLAQX website and pest control services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
ISLAQX provides professional pest control and sanitation services for residential and commercial properties in Metro Manila and Cavite, Philippines. Our services include:
Service availability, methods, and pricing may vary based on property type, pest species, infestation severity, and location.
Services are provided by appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule. Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You agree to provide access to all areas requiring treatment. If access is restricted or denied, we cannot guarantee treatment effectiveness. You are responsible for securing pets and removing obstacles that may interfere with service delivery.
Certain treatments require property preparation by the client. We will provide specific instructions before service. Failure to properly prepare may result in reduced treatment effectiveness or service rescheduling.
Service pricing is provided after property assessment. Prices are based on factors including property size, pest type, infestation level, and treatment requirements. All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of price changes for ongoing service contracts. For one-time services, prices quoted remain valid for 30 days.
While we use approved methods and quality products, pest control results depend on many factors including pest species, infestation severity, property conditions, and client cooperation with recommendations.
We do not guarantee complete pest elimination in a single treatment. Multiple treatments are often necessary for effective pest management. Treatment effectiveness also depends on factors outside our control, such as neighboring properties and environmental conditions.
Re-infestation may occur if conditions attracting pests are not addressed. We provide recommendations for prevention, but implementation is the client's responsibility.
We use registered pest control products approved for use in the Philippines. All technicians are properly licensed and trained in safe application methods.
You must follow all safety instructions provided, including re-entry times and precautions. Failure to follow instructions may result in health risks or reduced treatment effectiveness.
Inform us of any occupants with special health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities. We will recommend appropriate treatment modifications when possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any schedule changes.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery or treatment results.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Philippine law. Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
You agree to indemnify and hold ISLAQX harmless from claims arising from:
Ongoing service contracts specify visit frequency, services included, and contract duration. Contract terms are provided in writing before service begins.
Either party may terminate service contracts with written notice as specified in the contract. Early termination may result in fees for services already rendered at non-contract rates.
Service contracts automatically renew unless cancellation notice is provided according to contract terms.
All content on the ISLAQX website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ISLAQX or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and related Philippine data protection regulations.
ISLAQX operates in compliance with Philippine regulations governing pest control services, including licensing requirements, product registration, and safety standards.
For commercial food establishments, our sanitation programs meet Department of Health (DOH) requirements. We provide documentation needed for health inspections and permit renewals.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ISLAQX regarding our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
